Instructions for Taking Fingerprints
YOU WILL NEED
* A grey lead pencil (3B or 4B is best)
* Plain white paper
* Clear Sticky Tape
* Hard Surface

METHOD
1. Check fingers are clean and dry
2. Using the pencil, scribble a square patch on the white paper, going over the same patch in different directions.
3, rub the finger over the pencil mark to coat the finger with lead.
4. Place the sticky tape onto a flat surface, sticky side up. It may be easiest to fold the ends over so it stays still.
5. Press the coated finger onto the sticky tape and gently pull away.
6. Stick the tape onto the white paper.
Repeat the process using a few different fingers, often the thumb and index finger get the best results.
